Creative Review has posted up a series of images showing prominent streets of London by Austrian artist Gregor Graf. He basically photoshops out all of the usual street clutter - people, cars, shop signs and branding - leaving you to guess where the street actually is. I'm more amazed that he's captured London with blue skies and fluffy white clouds, or is that just more photoshoppotrickery?

A slightly off topic post, but it does fall into the architecture eye-candy category. This new Turkish hotel is right in the centre of Istanbul. The rest of the place might be utterly awful but when you have a room like this you can't complain. For that holiday when you really must feel like Captain Nemo. The Photographers' Gallery is about to get a new home which will cost £15.5 Million. It should be open in 2010. Not many details so far - but its a place in need of some attention - can't wait to see the outcome.
